first things first
If you are a proponent of Habit # 3 of the '7 Habits of Highly Effective People' you should look into the Google Calendar. I have outlined the basic features in this video.

my life is full of them
Full of what? Presentations - that's what! I've got so many of them -training presentations, orientations, integrations, event documentations. I live and breathe Powerpoint. Practically inhaling it. Sometimes I wonder what I would do if my PowerPoint conks out and never gets fixed.
Of course, there's Open Office. And there's Google Docs Presentation. It's a little more challenging to handle. But it's good to know I have this option.
I love options. The same way I love buffets. You know, those long, decorated tables where you get to pick what tickles you pink? And you hear your friend warning you -"there's still tomorrow"? And you eat like there's no tomorrow, anyway. Because you love all the options?
But life is not a buffet. And we cannot love (or hate) all the options that are thrown our way. There are hard choices we have to make. There are times I actually pray - "NO OPTION, please Lord". Because I don't want to get confused. I don't want to make a mistake. "Just take me down that one road You want me take."
God does that sometimes - closes all doors except for that one tiny opening that you need to crawl into. Most times, though, God showers us with options. Proof that He created us with wisdom to choose.
I hope you choose to play this video. Of course, you have the option not to. But I really hope you do - play it, I mean.

i'm getting impressed
This VA thing is getting more and more exciting. I'm learning beyond my expectations. And I'm discovering so many things.
I'm supposed to start working on my 4th video tutorial. I planned on 'how to prepare forms using Google Docs'. But I'm not one to take things lightly - especially when I need to do something new.
Instead of going straight to the Google Forms, I thought it best to study (and digest) Google Docs. My, am I impressed.
I got so impressed I decided create a separate blog - all about Google Docs. I intend to learn everything I have to learn about this online apps.
While studying Google Docs, the trainor in me got the better of me. Since I have to do a lot of research on this subject, why not convert all my research into video tutorials? I'll get to practice more - filling up this blog.
Here's the "Introduction to Google Docs"
